fantastic location, attentive staff, comfortable room.

Menu disappointing It would have been nice if the menu contained locally sourced produce for which we would have happily paid a premium. We asked if the venison was sourced locally & were told the chef said it comes from Manchester......

Rooms lovely, the place beautiful and loved the original features. Food very good and staff very friendly nothing was to much trouble, tried to accommodate us every time we made a request. Would highly recommend, pet friendly as well, even though we didn't have pets.

Was a bit dissapointed that we did not get robes and shoes for the spar facilities, because we did not book a deluxe room even though we upgraded my son's room to a spar room for him and his wife. If we had known on booking we would have taken appropriate Atire, we could hire but thought it was expensive seeing as we were hotel guests.

We stayed at this hotel for my sisters wedding. The rooms are lovely. The staff are brilliant. Everyone one of them were very helpful. I Particularly want to mention Ryan our waiter for the wedding meal and Colleen who was the housekeeper for our room. These 2 staff went out of their way to make our stay more special. We used the spa facilities and hope to return later this month for a girlie spa day. I would highly recomend this hotel.

Excellent and friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms and surroundings. Modern and well equipped spa facilities. I am working in the North East for the next four months so will be staying at this hotel a lot during this time and very much looking forward to it.

Free wifi is relatively slow and can only be improved by upgrading to the premium wifi at a cost. in modern times it is a shame that hotels, especially ones such as Redworth that are at the higher end of exclusive accommodation, haven't moved towards providing a free quality connection which is essential for business users.

Asked for big bed husband which was very comfortable room spacious and spotlessly clean also provided good selection of toiletries . We were met with a very warm welcome on arrival and were not disappointed with service throughout our stay which was courteous and attentive without being intrusive Enjoyed evening meal though felt a little pricey however we would definitely book again and bring our friends too having thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next visit

Outstanding value. Extremely well appointed rooms.First class staff.Bounteous breakfasts ( with rose wine )Spoilt for choice dinners with exemplary service in a superb dining room. And upgrading my granddaughters to a suite was the cherry on a very well iced cake.

Lovely room, very comfortable.It was finished to a very high standard.

we ordered with breakfast, and told when booking 2 weeks in advance that one person had foodallergies, if that would be a problem with the breakfast or if I needed to bring my own food? answer was that it was no problem at all, and as long as the restaurant knew they would make sure my diet needs were met.. they weren't and having one small egg, one tomato and a few mushrooms for breakfast is def not worth £10... The spa bathtub was absolutely lovely but very noisy.

just got back from a one night stay at this hotel. it was an absolutley beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. it was spotlessly clean and the room was lovely. the staff were really polite and helpful and i had a gorgous massage in the beauty room. the whole cost of the break was an absolute bargain and we will definatley be returning.
